“Work (April–October)” brings together various printed materials from exhibitions the artist visited between April and October 2025, arranged chronologically. The title refers not only to the labor of those who wrote and produced these materials, but also to the artist’s own work in attending these shows. As Sartuzi notes, the contemporary artist’s practice often encompasses multiple roles: one must continuously self-promote, act as an entrepreneur of oneself, and be present at events where the boundaries between the social and the professional are blurred — as generally occurs within the relationships that structure the art system.
