From the discussions with Maomi Meindl around “Gossip” and the exhibition “GIRLS AND BOYS”, we came to this idea that “rumour and humour can crack established orders”. The simple gesture of approximating these two similar words – almost as a misunderstanding in a “whispers game” – or better, overlapping these words, the work open their meanings and establish relations that are also complexified with the title of the work.
